How a physique shoot runs

Competitors and coaches
  1. 01

    Plan

Timed to your prep: poses, location and when you will look your best.

  2. 02

    Light

A hard key for detail, clean background or real gym, whatever the shot needs.

  3. 03

    Shoot

Posing, training and the pump, photo and video in the same session.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Retouched selects that stay true to your physique. No warping, no fake cuts.
